Replacement, Returns & Refund Policy

At Laksavathi Enterprises, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. All orders are processed immediately. If there are issues, contact us at WhatsApp.
2. Return Policy
A. Conditions for Return
- Unpacking Video Required: Record a complete unboxing video from start to finish.
- 24-Hour Submission: Submit video to customercare@laksavathienterprises.in or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- Verification: Our team will review the video to confirm damage.
B. Return Will NOT Be Provided If:
- Video not provided within 24 hours
- Unclear or incomplete video
- No damage found after verification
- Damage due to improper use
C. Undelivered Orders
If order is not delivered due to customer unavailability (door closed, no response), and returns to our hub, no refund will be initiated. Customer must bear reverse shipping charges for re-shipment.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds except when:
- Return request is approved by our team
- Product received matches the video evidence
- Replacement unavailable for more than 12 days
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
4. How to Initiate Return
- Record clear unpacking video
- Email within 24 hours to: customercare@laksavathienterprises.in
- Include: Order number, video, description of damage
- Await verification response (1-3 business days)
