What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit and Credit Cards, and other options provided by our payment gateway. You can check all available options during checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, if you need to cancel within 3 hours of placing the order, additional charges of Rs. 100 to 200 will apply, depending on your order. The remaining amount will be refunded. You can request a cancellation by emailing us at customercare@laksavathienterprises.in.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship within India. If your pincode is not serviceable, an additional 3 to 5 days may be required to arrange an alternative delivery partner.
