To protect both our customers and our business, we have outlined a detailed policy regarding cancellations, refunds, replacements, and returns. By making a purchase from Laksavathi Enterprises, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

2. Return Policy

We offer product return under certain conditions. Please follow the guidelines below for any replacement requests:

A. Conditions for Return

• Unpacking Video Requirement: Once the product is delivered to you, we require that you record an unboxing video showing the unpacking of the product. This video should capture the entire unpacking process clearly from start to finish and must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Video Submission: If the product appears damaged in the unboxing video, you can submit the video along with your return request to [laksavathienterprises@gmail.com or customercare@laksavathienterprises.in or https://wa.me/918248727228] within the specified 24-hour period.
• Verification Process: Once we receive your unboxing video, our team will carefully review it to assess the damage. If our team confirms that the product was damaged during shipment or arrived defective, we will initiate a return.

B. Situations Where Return Will Not Be Provided:

• Video Not Provided: If the customer fails to provide a video within 24 hours of receiving the product, the return request will be denied.
• Unclear or Incomplete Video: If the video does not clearly show the full unpacking process or the damage is unclear, we reserve the right to deny the return.
• No Damage Found: If the product is not found to be damaged after our team’s verification, no return will be issued.
• Improper Use or Mishandling: If the product is damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer, we will not offer a return.

C. Return Timeline:

• Once the damage is verified and the replacement is approved, we will arrange for the return product to be shipped. The timeline for the return process may vary depending on stock availability and location, but we will keep you updated throughout the process.
• If the order is not delivered because of door close , customer not responding and any other reason related to customer reported by delivery partner ( More attempt to contact customer will be made by our team if still no response – then obviously order will come back to our hub. Once order comes back to our hub no refund will be initiated as it is customer’s mistake in this case customer has to bear the reverse & additional shipping charges of the product then ordered product will be re-shipped again )

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from Laksavathi Enterprises. Only if Return request is approved by our team and upon receiving the product back to our hub with product received is same as in the video then refund will be initiated.
• In cases where the product is found damaged upon delivery, a return will be offered if the return conditions (as outlined above) are met.
• Refunds will only be provided in the rare event that a replacement product is unavailable for more than 12 days.
• In case of refund after all clearance from our team refund will be done within 7 working days

4. How to Initiate a Return Request

If you believe you qualify for a return based on the conditions outlined above, please follow the steps below:

1. Record a Clear Unpacking Video: Ensure the product’s condition and packaging are visible throughout the video.

3. Await Verification: Once we receive your email and video, our team will review the evidence and provide a response within 1-3 business days. If approved then further process will continue.
